Write a case study focus only on hyperosmolar hyperglycaemic syndrome (HHS).

-Pathophysiology and clinical manifestations: identify 3 – 4 clinical manifestations that the patient presented with. Then analyse and describe the pathophysiology for each of the clinical manifestations exhibited by the patient.
