Module 03 Written Assignment – Color Wheel
The color wheel has been a universal color standard for hundreds of years. Newton’s 12-step color wheel presented the primary, secondary, and tertiary colors in a circular format. The time has come to give this color wheel a more modern update. For example, instead of having a “circle of circles” for a color wheel, try coloring in the keys of a piano instead. While your image is unique, the relationship from one color to the next is still the same.

Using a personal photo or downloaded image, uniquely illustrate Newton’s 12-step color wheel in a more modern manner. You can use any image you would like, but remember that the colors must portray the relationship and progression from one color to the next. Submit your completed assignment to the drop box below.
