One thing we have talked a lot about is bias in research. I agree that companies need to be careful with bias in research. It can happen and that is why many organizations follow strict guidelines, outsource market research and have protocols to follow with every internal process. One aspect of research that no one has touched on yet is the continuous research process following the product launch. Why would a company want to continue its research efforts following a launch?
