Compare and contrast the English contract law with Islamic contract law

I / university want that dissertation should be submitted chapter by chapter i.e. bit and pieces and if Supervisor/ professor comments on that we have to incorporate accordingly.

The working title selected for the dissertation is:
Compare and contrast the English contract law with Islamic contract law.

PRPOSED STRUCUTURE OF DISSERTATION IN CHAPTERS

Basically the dissertation will be drawn into 7 chapters.

1. Introduction (what are the aims and objectives of the dissertation).
2. What is contract in the English law and what are rules for the formation of contact in it?
3.How contracts are concluded in the Islamic legal system?
4. Critically analyse the difference between the English contract law and the contract in the Islamic law,
5. Advantages and Disadvantages (Pros and Cons) of both areas of Law
6. Recommendations,
7. Conclusions
