As stated in Schwalbe, pp. 239-240, (Blake and Mouton (1964)) described five basic modes for handling conflicts. Which mode do you find most comfortable to use and/or are most likely to use with a project team? Why do you favor this method? Does it have any disadvantages? If you have used this mode of conflict management successfully — and feel comfortable sharing it with the class — please include an example.
