Parties to a property or construction dispute often seek guidlines from an expert.commonly,the dispute may be referred to a count or to a mediation/dispute resolution process

Reserch and discuss by reference to appropriate standard and codes of conduct the following:

1. The general duties of an expert when advising and reporting to its client.

2. What does the expert need to take into consideration when reporting and hoe is that information to be incorporated into his/her report;

3. Where the expert changes his/her opinion on a material or important matter after submitting its report,What should the expert do when reporting about this changed opinions?

4. If your client wishes to challage another expert views, how would it do so?
