Consultant Opportunity

My paper is for me to be an consultant for company which needs a systems analyst. We were given a template of the paper we need to provide. I’m finished Phase 1, but still need to complete Phase 2 and Phase 3 (with MS Project). Is it possible if I provide my paper (template) which already has Phase 1 complete (you can enhance if like) and Phase 2 and 3 part to be completed, you can do finish it. Same time it doesn’t matter how many pages, it matters it’s done properly. I need to upload it to you.
