Assignment Topic:
Using module theory, discuss the influences of national culture on organizations that operate across national borders.Examine and discuss how the cultural context might affect business decisions related to outsourcing and offshoring, CSR, teamwork and networks, change and innovation. Support your argument with examples from your research of current and reliable sources.

?    You are expected to show knowledge of and refer to the recommended module readings;
?    You are expected to use research and current sources of reference to introduce examples that will support your discussion;
?    You are expected to use reliable sources that encompass both academic and current news articles;
?    You must use Harvard referencing in your work to show your sources of information and to provide an evidence base for your work and conclusions.
This essay requires you to examine a contemporary issue by applying theory from as many module topics as you can. You will be expected to support your discussion with current secondary research on the topics.
?    Submission date is 22 June, at 23.00 – to be submitted in a word document via the assignment portal on the module website.
