Contemporary Leadership and Management

I need the main body of essay written (incl Harvard style references), taking account of essay title and marking scheme, which is attached. I will do the reflection part myself.

Re section referring to my own practice, I am a psychiatrist working within the NHS in England.

References to include not more than roughly 20% online references and at least 20-25% journals/papers/publications. More or slightly less references than quoted is fine too, and percentages are only a guidance.

Marking scheme and assignment question will be uploaded separately.
