Essay Topic :In Australia, Registered Nurses need to conduct themselves in a professional manner by practicing in a safe and competent way. One of the requirements of registration is that nurses demonstrate Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Describe CPD, and discuss what Registered Nurses’ need to do to demonstrate this.
