1. Explain the governance of your DfE in your company.(2 pages)
Draw a diagram and explain the structure of sustainability governance of your company or devise your own: Who has commitment authority? Who has operational/line authority? Who has staff and functional influence?
Identify where in the organization chart your business functions are and what authorities they are responsible to.
2.(2 pages)Explanation of how business functions support the DfE project and explaining the interrelations among them (From social and physical infrastructures) Specify what your activity will have to do to support your environmental product system and if any changes are necessary to the activities
Should relate to the context and particulars of your industry and company (more than a generic rehash of points from textbook)
use more than information from textbook (e.g. other information on marketing, purchasing, etc.; from environmental field or otherwise)
each activity should recognize integration with the product system/industrial ecology
be creative
