One of the main areas of corporate-Level Strategy is diversification, which is defined as the entry of a firm or business unit into new lines of activity, either by processes of internal business development or by acquisition, which entails changes in the administrative structure, systems and other management processes. Diversification is a way for the organisation to increase the scope of their operations, and to leverage their resources and capabilities into new industries/markets.

For this discussion board you are required to provide an example of at least one (1) business that has engaged in a diversification strategy. You must identify and explain the type of diversification they have undertaken, and what you perceive as the drivers of this diversification strategy.
