You are required to undertake a research (using library and online resources) on one approach to counseling and discuss by addressing the following questions
1.    Provide a brief background to the approach including who is the main theorist associated with the approach
2.    Describe the characteristics of the approach
3.    Describe main skills set used to assist client in the counseling process
4.    Describe client group/s or client issues the approach is more suitable
5.    What is the strengths and weaknesses of the approach

You are required to provide your answer in a report format and address all the above questions within the report.
