Counterterrorism and Intelligence.

Construct a Counterterrorism and Intelligence Framework that creates the most robust intelligence system and strategically efficient counterterrorism operations. The Framework will include three policy recommendations to the U. S. Department of Homeland Security.

•Discuss the roles and responsibilities for agencies participating in your framework. Consider whether you will do away with some agencies; simply remove them from intelligence and counterterrorism operations, or whether you will create new agencies. Your Framework must contain at least three agencies.
•Differentiate between specific functions of each agency participating in the framework by describing the specific function of each agency. Note whether agencies will focus on a specific type of intelligence, intelligence collection, or counterterrorism operations.
•Summarize how your three agencies interact with one another to support the overall Framework. In your summary explain which tools (intelligence and counterterrorism) to be used by each agency and how the agencies will mutually support agencies within the framework. You must discuss at least three tools.
•Create  three intelligence and/or counterterrorism policy recommendations for implementation by the Department of Homeland Security.
