What is the purpose?
The purpose of this lab is to create a closeout document and a lessons-learned document for your capstone project. These documents are important to ensure client satisfaction and project management and process improvement.

Complete the assigned task.

What are the steps?
• Task 1: Review Attached Completed Project Design File

• Task 2:Create a Closeout Document
Procedure
1. For your capstone project, create a template / table closeout document. The document should contain the following sections:
a. Project description
b. Acceptance criteria, including metrics, such as schedule, budget, and scope performance filled out in the template
c. Approvals
d. Recommendations
