Post a summary of 2 pages identifying the sector you selected to study and two (2) assumptions necessary to the creation of budgets. Include your rationale for your assumptions.

The 2 companies are Brookdale Senior Living and Sunrise. Attached are references. The class is financial performance. The assumptions that I have been thinking of is the need for these senior living providers to manage their communities well to ensure that the geriatric population have locations that do not go out of business. The creating of budgets year over year has to include the increase of cost of living, I assume not taking these things into consideration can impact the financial health of any company.
