4. Identify the strategies of the company during the time period.
5. Identify potential risks associated with financials, leadership/governance, and workforce.
6. Consider if there are potential ethical issues that could be associated with risks.

Create a 3-4 page executive summary of the findings. Consider that the audience for your paper is the senior management team of your chosen company. Use headings and sub-headings to promote clear understanding of the content. Use the University writing and APA format standards.
