Critically evaluate different steps in a change management plan and then how this would need to be adapted to fit within Chinese custom and practice, and why this may be difficult from a western perspective.

Make it a critical evaluation of the steps – ie what is possible and not possible – produce an argument identifying the resistance and incompetence of people when they try to adjust and adapt. Q : can we adapt ?
