Final Draft” which is a sample of previous project I did about my bank NBF pertained to Balanced Scorecard implementation in my bank. You may use information written

in this file & link it to the new report as you think is appropriate. Third file is “Change Management Tools & Models” which has information about change management

models which I need them to be used & referred in the report and link to the change project of mine which is “Implementing Balanced Scorecard in National Bank of

Fujairah”.

Individual Project

Analyze one of your own change projects. Preferably, this will be a work-related project, but it could also be in the private sphere. It is important that the chosen

project involves various players and stakeholders.

Using the models and tools discussed in class (for example, force field analysis, Kotter’s 8-steps of change, the Change House, and others) provide a thorough analysis

of your change project’s history and current state:

•    Critically analyze
o    what was done well so far and
o    what could have done better.
•    For the things that could have done better, explain how they should have been done.
•    Provide recommendations for the next steps to be taken.

Use at least 6 academic articles and books as references. Use appropriate referencing.
