This document should be a persuasive PPT presentation to the faculty of a school where athletics have been downplayed over the years. Your leadership plan will need to overcome an institutionalized lack of commitment and sense of ownership of the athletic program by administration, faculty, staff, and students. Validate your position by referencing some examples of schools or systems you have researched that have made reforms with their athletic programs and experienced success, both tangible and intangible.
