athletics have been downplayed over the years. Your leadership plan will need to overcome an institutionalized lack of commitment and sense of ownership of the

athletic program by administration, faculty, staff, and students. Validate your position by referencing some examples of schools or systems you have researched that

have made reforms with their athletic programs and experienced success, both tangible and intangible. Length: 6-12 slides (with a separate reference slide) – minimum

a speaker would provide during a live presentation. Your presentation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the

course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format
