Examine/discuss the cultural differences between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia and their impact on the way that disabilities are defined, as well as how culture shapes policy in this area. Then, briefly describe how the major federal legislation/programs in the United States and Saudi Arabia impacting on children with multiple disabilities should be altered to more adequately address needs of children with disabilities.
