1. Explain Hofstedes’ National  Culture Framework. [250 words]
2. Explain how the influence of national culture on an organisation’ MCS may be different from the influence of organisational culture on an organisations’ MCS.
3. Draft a brief report summarising the findings of the Chow et al. (1999) paper, clearly showing  how the national culture of the United States based on the results of this research, influences the use of MCS in organisations in United States.
4. Based on your review of the Hofstede video “Recent Discoveries about Cultural  Differences”, compare and contrast this new information with the findings of the Chow et al. (1999) paper. (CHECK THE VIDEO IN YOUTUBE)
