Customer behaviour

The main aim ofthis assessment is for students to understand the major consumer behaviortheories and howthey personally influence behavior as a consumer. The exact instructions and marking criteria will be provided on the Model by week 1. The report has a limit of1,!words (approximately 3 typed pages) plus the Consumer Behavior Personal Journal.
The first part ofthis assessment will require each student to complete a journal showing purchases for 10 consecutive days using the Journal Template (available on the Model).
The second part ofthis assessment will require students to combine the information from their personal Consumer BehaviorJournal with Consumer
BehaviorTheory. Please referto assessment instructions on the Model for more details.
