Order Description

Data Analysis for Managers
Third: Group Project
Phase 1:
(1) Design the questionnaire on scale (1-5, 1-7, or 1-9) of your subject/area/interest (project employee satisfaction, project quality, project performance) with some

basic demographic information (Name, age, gender, education etc.). See the other group’s questioner for reference.
(2) Make this questionnaire on Google docs/survey monkey or any other online survey tool (please send the link along with submission).
(3) Ask your known people (friends, family members, and colleagues) to fill the questionnaire online. At least 50+ such responses are required.
Phase 2:
(4) Do the descriptive analysis of the responses collected through survey. Demographic analysis should be presented with proper interpretation.
(5) Mean, Mode, Median, Standard Deviation, Variance, Histogram, Percentage (Try to do as many as analysis) and most important to interpret the analysis.
(6) Every single analysis has to have managerial interpretation from decision making point of view.
Phase 3:
(7) Please try to Established the hypothesis (null as well as alternative)as many as you can.
(8) Test the hypothesis at significance level (0.01, 0.05, 0.10 level).
(9) Use appropriate test (parametric and non parametric) to accept or reject the hypothesis.

Submission Guidelines:
• The name of all group members should be on the submission with title of the submission (survey title). Everyone has to submit the joint project separately so that

the separate but same marks can be given to each individual member.
• This team project should be word document with Excel data file for reference.
