Deconstruction of a Knowledge Management Empirical Article

Assignment details:

You will write a deconstruction of scholarly research sources related to Knowledge Management. 
Use the following information to ensure successful completion of the assignment:
1. An empirical article is defined as an article written by the person or group who conducted the original study. The article will include a description of the study, an introduction, an explanation of the study’s methodology, a presentation of the results of the study, and a conclusion that discusses the results and suggests topics for further study.
2. Limit the use of direct quotations. Wherever possible, paraphrase information rather than directly quoting from the source.
3. Synthesize and summarize ideas and write about them using your own words. Material should not be copied and pasted from a source directly into a project.
4. Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
The assignment must use the following outline to prepare the deconstruction: 
1. Introduction (125 words): State the author and title of the source. Briefly describe the purpose, intent, and scope of the study, including the statement of the problem, hypotheses or research questions, and key concepts. 
2. Methodology (250 words): Describe the research design, population sample, data collection procedure, and other procedures used in the study.
3. Results (250 words): Briefly describe the data collected and the findings of the study including the interpretation and implications of the study.
4. Conclusion (125 words): Briefly critique the presentation of the study, including the credentials of the researcher(s). Provide a summary assessment of the study.
Summary of assignment: 
Prepare a deconstruction of approximately 750 words of one empirical article that relates to Knowledge Management.
