box. Imagine you are the personnel manager of a branch of a large company located in Iowa. The recent floods have been devastating to your friends,
family and business. Company headquarters has decided that the Iowa branch will close as it is not economically feasible to rebuild. You have been
offered a transfer to Boston with an increase in salary. This is something that you have dreamed of because you will then have even more possibility of
advancement in the company. However, your spouse and children do not want to move. Your spouse works for the local school district and feels a moral
obligation and responsibility to help students and staff in the emotional and material recovery after the floods. Your children have friends that they want
to support in this time of transition. All of you have a lifetime connection to Iowa and extended family members are nearby. The east coast, however,
could provide new and exciting experiences for everyone. You need to decide whether or not to accept the job offer. 1) Explain the steps you would take
