Referencing Requirements:
Organisations today face significantly different challenges from those of the past, for example in terms of global recession, climate change, terrorism, international competition, technological change and more mobile workforces. It seems reasonable to suppose that operating in such a complex and unpredictable environment will call for new styles of leadership and new approaches to negotiation.
You are required to write an essay explaining ONE major challenge in the next five years and its implications for the kind of leadership and negotiation capabilities that they will need to develop. (You may look at a challenge for one particular type of organisation if you wish.)
