Podgorski (2015) proposes a concept of Leading Positive Performance lndicator based measurement of operational performance of Occupational safety and Health, Management systems (osH MS). He states “that it is necessary to search for new solutions and arrangements that would improve the performance of OSH MS, which would consequently result in a positive contribution to greater acceptance of these systems among employers, employees and other stakeholders” (p. 147).
