There are various issues which come out evident in the case studies involving the
different cultural backgrounds from which the people concerned come from (Castles, 2000). The
first instance coming wit the stage set in portrays a task force which seems so relaxed and has a
lot of laxity. The task force members seemingly lack the formal and direction of focus in their
discussion. The team leader seems to be like any other member of the team and seemingly cares
the less about the team member’s motivation. In such a setting, there is poor coordination of the
team members in the group. The female members’ counterparts in the group need special care
and attention given to them. On the other hand, the task force organized in the culture of
Americans has the professional out look. People are so serious that they break down the work to
be performed into stages and ensures that each and every member showcase their prowess. The
team leader in this case is very committed to the members’ activities and caries a lot of team
members’ coordination to achieve the contribution fro everybody.

The increased level of informality in the German setting may not work very well in the
case of taskforces required to make quick decisions for the immediate implementation of policies
