2. Choose one episode that interests you.
3. Answer the following questions
a. What role does the facility play in the satisfaction of the guests or the public?
b. Name some of the different jobs that people play in order to make the facility work at optimal performance?
c. What did you think was the most important factor to the successful operation of the facility that you choose?
