Discuss Buss theoretical perspective on why we are attracted to and select the mates that we do. What does this have to do with evolution? What, if anything, is different in our current society than a couple of decades ago in relation to mate selection? Give a personal example of how this theory is either confirmed or not with regard to your own experience at attraction and selection of a partner. Is it possible that this is an unconscious process?
