After reading the Holly Weeks article in Readings 2.5 (p. 147) and the reading assignment “This Year, Say Yes to Saying No” (also attached here), describe a situation
at work (either real or potentially possible), where you had to say no to a colleague or subordinate on an issue that meant a great deal to them (salary,
