Discussion of 5 regulations (Law)

You have been asked to prepare a report for a furniture restorer. The business has an industrial unit and two delivery vans. Processes carried out at the unit include spray painting, varnishing, lacquering and upholstery. There are five employees. 
You should present five key pieces of legislation that apply to the business. This should include: three environmental laws including at least one piece of waste legislation; one fire; and one health and/or safety law. 
The report should state how the business can ensure compliance and include some provisions of the legislation (such as the regulator and potential sanctions for non-compliance).

Environmental Protection Act 1990

Noise and Statutory Nuisance Act 1993

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005

The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998
