Using chapter 11 from the required textbook (Clough, J. (2010). Principles of Cybercrime. Cambridge, UK: Cambridge University Press. ISBN: 978-0-521-72812-6) Answer the following discussion question. ‘Grooming’ is specifically addressed in the Child Online Protection Act (47 USC 231), yet, as we discussed last week, there are international implications of such behavior. How do we prosecute such behavior, especially if either the victim or the offender might be in another country? In answering this question, you must refer to at least TWO specific prosecutions of the COPA and cite said cases and the results of the prosecutions.
