DNA Module

Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

Write the DNA Module by following the instructions that I will upload.

Use the upload as citations. Thill 2015. 

Be very specific.

The introduction should state the goal of this module and include each steps that occured, how the experiments work. The reader should understand this experiment by simply reading the intro.

experimental procedures should include what I did in the lab notebook.

resulats and discussions part should have all required data, tables, graph and important calculations shown in the section. conclusions should be drawn from he results.
There should include:
– table with restriction enzyme digest predictions (for all 4 enzymes) for both plasmid and plasmid with gene of interest. The 4 enzymes are BgIII, EcorRI, NotI, PvuII. I chose PvuII for my experiment
-image of gel: lane 4 for my uncut and lane 5: digest
– table with measurements from the DNA markers
-table of DNA bands with restriction digest sample-migration distance and size
