Draft a research paper, which discusses how well managed care has achieved its objectives of ensuring quality of care, cost of care, and access to care, sometimes referred to as the “iron triangle” of health care. Explain what mechanisms are in place to achieve these objectives. Include in the paper your opinion as to whether all three (3) objectives can actually be achieved simultaneously.
