Dynamics of Racism, Discrimination, Stereotyping and prejudice

The paper has to be 5pages MLA format at least 2 reference. the following are needed for this paper; i am using the movie “fruitvale station” briefly review various steps in achieving multi-cultral compentency, address briefly the dynamics of Racism, stereotyping, and prejudice from the movie Fruitvale Station.  also i have to explore the main character who is Oscar Grant in the movie Fruitval Station and analyze the evolution of their multicultral compentencies as his story unfolds.
