. task 3 is critically evaluate the learning and teaching and identify areas for improvement. task 4 i am required to design and produce, using ICT, a dissemination pack that will inform parents, carers, practitioners and other professionals about the purpose and potential use of the chosen resource. and finally task 5 is a reflection of my experiences through tasks 1 to 4 identifying professional learning and areas for development. i am required to reflect upon the links between theory and practice. cross referencing is very essential and all legislation and theories are dated once mentioned in-text
