The purpose of this project is to explore the biography of two historical educational figures, in search of leadership insights. For this activity, you will develop a PowerPoint presentation based on research of the historical figures selected. Your PowerPoint presentation should include the following:

Introduction of the historical educational figures and their credentials.
Explanation on how these figures shaped education, including ongoing relevance of their message in today’s environment.
Explanation of their leadership characteristics (such as effective communication) reported to be demonstrated by the figures, based on the characteristics identified on the third slide of the PowerPoint presentation mentioned above in the Companion Web site Material required for this week.
Conclusions you made regarding the situational demands of leadership roles, based on what you read and experienced.
