Customer Problem Statement
Repeat back to customer to what they gave you, at approximately same level of detail using DIFFERENT words than the customer…..you can use the same pictures/figures/tables and/or you can add your own.
You may want to put background research before or after the problem statement in it’s own “Background” section if it is substantial or within this problem statement section, if it is short.

How will a user/customer interact with it.
