After reading the Chess and Clarke article, “Facilitation of Risk Communication during the Anthrax Attacks of 2001: The Organizational Back-story,”
-Evaluate the performance of public safety officials to communicate within the NIMS framework. -Examine the decisions of public safety leaders who communicated information to mitigate the disaster.
-You may conduct more research about the attacks to critically analyze the failures or successes of communications during these attacks.
-Your analysis should be a minimum of 500 words. All citations and references should be in APA style.
