Encyrption Algorithm

Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

I need an encryption algorithm improving. I have already stitched together a Caesar cipher, alberti cipher and adfgvx cipher. The code works, however it only accepts a fixed format encryption key. I need it to be able to accept anything. Also the encryption must go through a number of rounds. I also need a diagram showing how the encryption works.
