In order to complete the project, you must choose one of the topics presented below and answer the encompassed questions through a report (Subject already selected

“Role of e government”), using no more than 2.500 to 3.000 words. The final document should combine, in a balanced manner, both descriptive and analytical writing

while presenting the following structure:
1. Introduction:
Should reflect in brief the following elements:
•  Underlying coursework objectives;
•  Identification of the problem being analyzed and its relevance;
•  State of the art,”, with brief reference to previous research about the topic;
•  Summary of contents and structure;
•  General findings and their relevance for the understanding of the problem.
?2. Literature Review ?concepts related to the topic. A minimum of five accredited sources must be consulted and included in the reference list.

3. Discussion ?The key issue should be analyzed, and the main observations reported from an analytical and critical viewpoint. The discussion must focus on the

questions proposed for each topic, demonstrating a clear understanding of the key issues and concepts. The reported observations and statements should be contrasted

with the related theory.

?4. Conclusions ?Should provide a summary of the main points that have been presented in the report and the overall significance of what has been said about

the topic.

5. Reference List
A list of at least five accredited sources is required (i.e. technical books, research articles: magazines,industry magazines, institutional sites containing non

marketing/ promotional information, etc.). The list should be presented according to APA style.

Governments have found the use of information technologies to be an important instrument of State modernization and a way of promoting higher citizenship. Through

these new technologies, such as Wide-Area Networks, the Internet, and mobile computing devices, governments have found an effective and cost-efficient way of

delivering better services and interacting with the citizens. As a result of the use of technology governments can expect greater convenience, less corruption and

increased transparency when dealing with the citizens.
