a) Describe the organisational levels associated with procurement and
fulfilment processes in an Enterprise System, and explain the master
data associated with both of these processes. (25 marks)

b) For an organisation of your choice, identify and discuss the steps in
the integrated business process that include the buying, making and
selling processes (or equivalent processes in service or other
industries), and analyse the financial impacts of the various process
steps. (25 Marks)
