2. Epidemiology :
2.1.1. Distribution of the disease(worldwide), put a map of the disease distribution
2.1.2. Causes of the disease(viral strains, mild, virulent, hypervirulentetc)
2.1.3. Host ranges(chicken, any other birds, wild birds etc)
2.1.4. Transmission: chicken to chicken, farm to farm transmission, transboundary transmission. What are the factors influence the transmission
2.1.4.1. Routes of Infection.
2.1.5. Mortality and Morbidity. Provide strain specific mortality and morbidity
2.1.6. Immunosuppression,does not show the sign of disease but cause immunosuppression and facilitate other infections
3. Diagnosis:
3.1 Sign, symptoms and pathology
Virus isolation.
3.2 Serological diagnosis.
3.3 Molecular diagnosis.
4. Conclusions.Try to provide the current control methods in place. Provide direction to maintain international, national, regional and local biosecurity against the spread of the disease.
