You need to write an essay about a man with down syndrome also with diabetes. you need to choose type 1 or type2 diabetes.
just choose type 2 then you have to focus on how you can as a community nurse help the man to control his blood sugar level with exercise and diet.
This is an essay, it has to have a intro, boy and conclusion.
in the introduction, you must have a topic sentence, thesis and preview.

you also have to use ICF model to answer one question.

Question No3 is 20 marks that is the highest, so you have to give it more effort.
it is 50%, please put every effort into it.
Read the case history carefully, the man with down syndrome has a moderate intellectual disability , it means this man is not a normal man. When you write the essay, you have to take it into consideration.
