I have the following task, and I need some help getting started: Write a 700 word APA format paper in which I have to evaluate the goals and objectives for the Red Cross agency, more a specific program like Blood Drive.

I have to answer the following questions

o Does the organization explain their goals and objectives clearly? Explain your answer.
o Are the goals and objectives long-term or short-term?
o Are the goals and objectives manifest or latent?
o How do you know which are objectives and which are goals?
o Evaluate the agency’s goals and objectives for one of their specific programs.
