Company safety culture was recently evaluated and is constantly trying to improve. The company has specific hazards and behavioral issues it has to overcome to improve. From the case study provided it references the companies proposed health and safety plan going foward. This plan needs to be evaluated and discussed in this essay.

From the case study provided what is your evaluation of Linda Merton’s plan? What changes, if any, would you recommend to ensure that she meets the goal set out by Paul O’Neill?
