Assignment: Evidence-based Synthesis

Activity: Reorganize the articles/studies that you have appraised into a summarized table (see the example). Make sure they are all related to a clinical question that you have been interested in this class. If any of articles is not related to the clinical question you are going to propose in the synthesis paper, then you must to find another one to replace it. The total articles should be 5 with a clinical guideline.

Writing:

1. Develop your paper based on the grading rubric. The paper should not be over 5 pages (excluding abstract, table, and references).

1. Provide reference in APA format.

Notes:

**You do not need to submit the articles that you have reviewed for this paper, but a summarized table should be part of context in the paper.

**Please write the paper in APA format with title page, headings and subheadings with appropriate citation and reference in APA.
